ReplyDeleteI think it is a smart idea to schedule running. I aim for every other day probably the same as you...I was holding off on lifting weights and running the day before and the day of WI but at this point...I am running at least 4 times a week. I'm also hiking at least once a week with my husband and also riding exercise bike at the gym as well as lift weights every other day. It is true that you have to make time to run...if we don't take care of ourselves...how can we expect ourselves to take care of others??? It is our job to take care of ourselves first...
